Mobi Yogi is a new mobile yoga business based in Lawrenceville, GA. We recently worked with them to develop their new brand identity.
We developed a logo that represents their mission of helping everyone “find their happy place.”
Here is a bit about our design process:
1. We started off with the concept that Mobi Yogi is a mobile yoga business, that prides itself on being green and environmentally conscious. So we developed artwork that combined movement and yoga concepts.
2. The fourth logo idea (from above) with the car tire then inspired the idea of a pinwheel, to represent wind, breath and movement that is essential to great yoga practice.
3. After the pinwheel shape was selected, we performed some color studies and variations on the pinwheel shape, trying a few monotone pinwheel designs, as well as a rainbow version.
4. The final Mobi Yogi logo contains the colors of the chakra to represent harmony and balance.
